My new improved regime

OK. Just read a book about preventing and reversing osteoporosis which I officially have in my lower back. I have osteopenia in my hips.
Here is my new regime to address osteoporosis issue and to lower my LDL by 100 points by end of January when I have my next blood test:

DAILY:
Yogurt salad for breakfast. See picture. It has 1 cup plain non fat yogurt, 30 almonds chopped,  5 prunes chopped, 1/2 apple chopped, 1 celery stalk chopped and whatever else I want to through in. Today I had grapes and half a cutie tangerine thrown in. Made one for John too.

Lunch: huge salad with sardines or canned salmon with bones.  Lots of usable calcium

Supper: variable...hopefully with lots of veggies.
Always oatmeal apples and cinnamon for dessert.

EXERCISE PLAN NOW: learn to use weights. Do stationary bike, hula hoop.

I would love to be super strong and weigh 140!!!

Remember. ..
Easy on salt. Limit protein. Scant scant scant sugar.
